If you need to refund an order that a customer made, you will need to initiate that refund directly through your Stripe.com account. 

Log into your stripe account at Stripe.com to find the order via order number, customer email, etc. 

Once you find the order, you can initiate a partial refund or full refund. If you have any questions, you can reach out to Stripe.com support.

Please note: the My Ticket Space per ticket fee, will not get refunded. The per ticket fee is a final fee.
